On top of that when I had a problem with one of the contractors communication, he stepped up and helped to make the connections to get it resolved. Never left me without support. You can always shop for a cheaper premium, but will they be there when you need it. State Farm was there when needed and was really easy to work with."

"I must admit, it was a rocky start with my first claim with State Farm. My car was rear ended by an uninsured driver. But Kaden jumped right on. He asked if I was OK then made arrangements for a tow. There were a couple of hiccups getting the car from the tow yard to the repair yard but Kaden hung in there as did I. I shared my concerns with Kaden’s suggestion that the car be towed to North Salt Lake for repair and assurance that authentic Acura parts would be used. My car has less than 10000 miles on it! I did put my trust in Kaden and his experience. They put me in to a rental timely and with no problems. I expedited this process by retrieving the police report myself as suggested by Kaden.
